I received one of these, through america servicing corp and it was suppose to be forgiven over a certain amount of time at a certain amt. the amt is not what the paper states, new mortgage company found a 2 mortgage on my property from hud owning the 71.000 dollar that was to be forgiven my taxes show 58,000 discharge, my paperwork for home mod states I will not be charged any fees for mod but wells fargo attached $8,000 to my mod process and between 1/2016 to 1/2017 right before wells fargo handed my mortgage to new loan servicer fargo owned 111,000.00 of said principal sls who my mortgage ssrvicer is now, owns 86,000. What happened to the difference, if i am only paying off 3000.00 a year of principal
