Claims can now be filed for the Werner Attic Ladder Class Action Lawsuit that settled issues claiming the company made and marketed steel attic ladders with defective parts.
The Werner Attic Ladder Lawsuit Settlement is open to any customers that currently own a steel “Easy Access Attic Ladder” in model numbers S2208 and S2210, Marks 1, 2, 3 or 4. The plaintiffs allege that certain Werner Attic Ladders contained defective zinc hinges that were prone to breaking while the ladder was being used. If you file a claim and provide proof of purchase or the product label, you may be eligible to receive a new Werner wood or aluminum attic ladder from the class action settlement. You will need to get this done by January 21st, 2014.

I have werner attic ladder Is it too late to get replacement ladder or reimbursement?
On 08/29/13 I sent proof of purchase and my claim form that I owned a Werner Steel Attic Ladder and of today 02/12/14 I have yet not received any word on this matter or a new ladder. Please advise me of what is happening with this claim.
